As we expand our reach globally, we are seeking a talented and passionate Community Manager to join our team and help us build and engage with our community of domestic and international customers.
Community Manager
Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:
Responding to inquiries and orders promptly and professionally via email and phone, providing exceptional customer service to domestic and international customers.
Resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive experience throughout the purchasing process. -
2. Content Creation:
Creating compelling written content related to our glassware products, including product introductions, descriptions, and informative articles.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. -
3. Website Management:
Regularly updating and maintaining website content, including text, images, and product listings.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on the website, reflecting our brand values and product offerings. -
4. Social Media Engagement:
Managing our social media platforms, including blogs and Instagram, by creating and sharing engaging posts, stories, and videos.
Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from our community in a timely manner. -
5. Customer Gallery Visits:
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of customer gallery visits, providing an immersive and personalized experience.
Ensuring the gallery is well-presented, organized, and showcases our glassware beautifully.
Additional Tasks:
Assisting with packaging, shipping, and cleaning of products as needed, ensuring quality control and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content that aligns with our brand.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Knowledge and appreciation of glassware and craftsmanship is a plus.
