Returns

We do not accept returns due to customer preference.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange promptly after receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for used items or items damaged due to customer negligence.

The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items.
